No, you will not be able to downgrade or transfer your plan during the 12-month commitment period.
If you upgrade your plan to another Emirati Freedom eligible plan, you will retain your previously earned Smiles points till end of month . And you will start receiving the new plan’s Smiles points allocation from the next month for 12 months.
Upon completion of initial 12 months commitment, no contract renewal will be required. Customer will continue on same subscribed plan at same monthly rental with no commitment.
Yes, you can cancel your Emirati Freedom subscription, but an early exit fee will apply. This fee is equal to a one-time charge, calculated as the lower of the plan's one-month fee or AED 1,000, in the event of early termination. Additionally, any other applicable usage charges will be incurred.
If you choose to downgrade to a lower monthly fee commitment plan before completing 12 months, a one-time charge will be applied. This charge is determined by the lower of (current plan fee minus new plan fee) or (AED 1,000 minus new plan fee).
