Outgoing services will discontinue if your plan is not renewed within 21 days. However, incoming calls will still continue
Your plan is valid for life as long as it remains active

You can call 1 preferred number for free while subscribed to any Wasel Flexi plan
You can set any local e& mobile number as your preferred number via e& UAE app or by dialing *101*50#
Call forwarding service cannot be set to your preferred number
After each subscription/renewal/change of plan, you can update your preferred number only once
During auto-renewal of your plan, your preferred number would be automatically carried forward

You can migrate in and out of the Wasel Flexi plan anytime; during migration, only the main account’s balance will be carried forward
You will be able to upgrade/downgrade between the different plans at any time
In case of upgrade/downgrade, the latest subscription will always be renewed, and your original plan’s allowances will be kept till the end of the validity period
If you move from a yearly to monthly plan, both plans will co-exist, and you’ll continue to get yearly plan allowances till the end of the validity period
Flexi minutes will be used for calls within the UAE (excluding special numbers like 600) and select IDD destinations as listed here
For 28-day validity plans - Data and Flexi minutes will be credited once and plan will auto-renew at end of the validity
For yearly plans - Data and Flexi minutes will be credited every 28 days for a total of 13 times (364 days) and plan will auto-renew at end of the validity.
Data’s benefits can be used for usage within the UAE only
Unused allowances by the end of each 28-day cycle will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the next cycle
Plans can co-exist with other data and combo packages
No refunds will apply on paid subscription in case you change the plan or unsubscribe
