You will receive the trade-in value as instant credit in AED or Smiles points, which you can immediately use.

You can use e& money to pay your bills or buy your next device. It's up to you!

If you don’t have an e& money account, you can sign up for one. If you are unable to register, we will credit the value as Smiles points to the account number you provided during the trade-in.

If you don’t have a Smiles account, we will create one for you. Simply use the same number to log in to the Smiles app and start using your points.

We currently accept smartphones for trade-in.

You can trade in as many devices as you like.

To complete your device trade-in, please provide one of the following original, valid documents:

  • Emirates ID
  • Driving License

Please note: Copies or photos will not be accepted.

Yes, we accept devices with a broken screen or body. However, the device's internal components must be fully functional for evaluation. You will receive a lower value compared to a device in perfect condition.

To protect your personal information and ensure a smooth trade-in process, it's crucial to remove your iCloud, Google, and Samsung accounts from your device:

  • Apple devices (iOS 7 or later): Your device is linked to your iCloud account. Visit the Apple Support website for detailed instructions on how to remove this account and disable Activation Lock.
  •  Android devices: Remove all associated Google and manufacturer (e.g., Samsung) accounts. You can usually do this in the settings menu under “Accounts”.

Dial *#06# on your phone to find your IMEI number. It may also be printed on the back of the device or under the battery.

If the device was purchased from e& through a SmartPay or Business contract, you will need to fully settle any outstanding amount at an e& business center before you can trade it in.

You can trade in your device at any of the following e& locations:

  1. The Galleria, Al Maryah Island
  2. Dubai Mall
  3. e& Business Center – Deira
  4. e& Business Center – Al Kifaf

Currently, the e& money credit option is exclusive to online trade-ins, but we are working to make it available in stores soon. 

To receive extra credit value, you will need to purchase the new iPhone 16 first, then trade in your eligible older iPhone model.

e& money functions as a digital wallet that allows you to cash out. You can do this at Lari Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange, Wall Street Exchange, and Rostamani Exchange locations. You can also cash out using an e& money prepaid card through any ATM.

Our device quotes are valid for 7 days due to rapidly fluctuating market prices. Additionally, the trade-in value can be adjusted if your device's condition doesn't match your original description.

No, we do not accept stolen or barred handsets.
