1) What is the Borderless Plan and how much does it cost?
The Borderless Plan allows seamless communication across the UAE and KSA, ensuring uninterrupted service for both business and personal use. Plans start at AED 450.

2) What is included in the Borderless Plan?
The plan includes local minutes, IDD/ICR minutes, flexi data usable in both the UAE and KSA, and flexi SMS. Plan tiers range from Silver, Gold, to Gold Plus, offering up to 80GB of flexi data and 3,000 local minutes.

3) Can I use my local minutes when I am in KSA?
Yes, your local minutes can be used for calls within the UAE, from KSA to UAE, within KSA, and from UAE to KSA.

4) What happens if I exceed my plan’s allowance?
Once your allowance is used up, standard roaming rates in KSA will apply. However, these rates are significantly lower than the usual roaming charges.

5) Are there any add-ons available for roaming?
Yes, you can purchase roaming add-ons for additional minutes or data. For example, a 24-hour add-on offering 1GB of data and 30 flexi minutes is available for AED 35.

Local Minutes Usage: You can use your local minutes for calls within the UAE, from KSA to UAE, within KSA, and from UAE to KSA.

Standard CUG (Closed User Group): This applies only for calls within the UAE.
IDD (International Direct Dialing) Minutes: These can be used for calls from the UAE to the Rest of the World (RoW), from KSA to RoW, and for incoming calls while in KSA.

Post-Allowance Rates: After using your allowance, standard rates in KSA apply, which are significantly lower than usual roaming rates.

These charges will only be applied should you exceed the allocations as per your Mobile Business Plan.

  • All prices shown are excluding of 5% VAT charge.
  • Flexi SMS includes SMS sent from the UAE to the UAE, KSA, and the rest of the world, as well as SMS sent while roaming in KSA to the UAE, KSA, and other countries worldwide.
  • Flexi Local Minutes can be used to make calls to UAE and KSA numbers, whether you are in the UAE or roaming in KSA.
  • Flexi IDD/ICR Minutes can be used for making international calls while in the UAE, while roaming in KSA, and for receiving calls when roaming with preferred partners.
  • Borderless Plan Application Form. No Activation Charges applicable.
  • Penalty Free Service: Customers can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was missold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.

    Contract duration is as per agreed original contract period between the client and etisalat.
  • In the case of an early contract termination/service cancellation before 2 months, a one-time charge of AED 450 would apply.
